Operation Safety Instructions
1. When the vacuum packaging machine is powered on, the earthing connection must be reliable to prevent electric hazards and ensure personal safety.
2. Metal components shall not be placed close to the sensor probe to avoid signal interference.
3. Check the cooling water level regularly. For frequent operation, inspect and refill cooling water weekly. Non-conductive cooling water is required.
4. Inspect pipelines on a regular basis. No water leakage or seepage is allowed at any joints. Add antifreeze liquid into the water tank in low-temperature environments to prevent pipeline freezing and blockage.
5. Maintenance and repair must be performed in accordance with specified operating procedures.
6. Maintenance work shall be assigned to designated professional personnel.
7. Do not open the machine cabinet while the equipment is running. The main power supply must be cut off before any inspection or maintenance work.
8. The machine is equipped with built-in overload and overheat protection systems to safeguard safe operation.
